Apprenticeship Program

The Fire Sprinkler Craft Training Program is a self-paced course of study designed to develop an individual's knowledge and skill in the Fire Sprinkler trade. Successful graduates generally negotiate the course in 18-48 months.

A Fire Sprinkler Apprentice works on the job during the day and attends classes at night. Apprentices are expected to learn the "how to" on the job and the "why" in the class. While attending the program, Apprentices enjoy full time employment with Fire Sprinkler as they gain knowledge, experience and a rewarding career.

In Middle Tennessee, the Fire Sprinkler Training Program is taught by Fire Sprinkler, LLC’s Vice President of Engineering, David Rowe. Employees that qualify are provided up to 50% tuition towards completion of the program. There is no quicker way towards a successful and rewarding career in the industry and at Fire Sprinkler than graduation from the Fire Sprinkler Craft Training Program. The vast majority of the Foreman and Senior Foreman at Fire Sprinkler, LLC have completed the Apprenticeship Program.
